个人简介

文向圆,女,汉族,博士,副教授,食品质量与安全系教师,博士毕业于中国农业科学院农产品加工研究所。主要从事肉及肉制品保鲜减损、营养与健康食品开发、副产物开发利用等方面的研究,近年来在Food Research International、Food Science and Human Wellness、Food Microbiology等期刊发表专业学术论文15篇,其中以第一作者发表论文7篇。主持石河子大学校级项目1项,农业农村部农产品加工与贮藏重点实验室开放课题1项;参与国家自然科学基金重点研发、国家肉羊体系项目等国家级课题2项,参与省部级课题2项。
