个人简介

于朋,石河子大学食品学院食品质量与安全系讲师,主要从事益生菌的理论与技术研究,围绕乳酸菌多样性分析、益生功能挖掘及功能乳制品开发展开。主持省研究生实践创新项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金1项;以第一作者发表SCI论文4篇;申请国家专利3项,其中授权1项,实审2项;参与编写著作1部。
