关波，博士，教授，硕士生导师，美国明尼苏达大学生命科学学院生物技术研究所访问学者，石河子大学“3152”青年骨干人才。主要从事乳品微生物和酶生物技术方面的应用基础研究，主持承担国家自然科学基金项目2项，参与完成新疆生产建设兵团及石河子大学科研项目多项，以第一作者或通讯作者在国内外学术期刊上发表论文18篇，其中SCI收录论文10篇，EI收录2篇，授权中国发明专利4件。
